Great work, I think the biggest compliment about this is that on both forums (Zb and cgtalk) there are people asking you to prove that it’s not a faked photo of some kind.
nice work man, the model and shader look great. I think the left hand is fine, it may looks small, but because of the angle and contrast with all the over sized muscles. eyes look slightly cg, but still very good. anyways congrats on the top row.

I really like the attention to detail, the skin stretching and all the subtle variations in the muscle masses.
Skin texture and shader is also spot on (doesn’t matter if it is not 100% like the ref image, it looks great as it is)
