Beautiful Vancouver

Nope I haven’t submitted anything, although I did download. I’ve been in contact via the website to inquire about matters, very fast feedback. I was told that time considerations are directly affected by how well you fill out the forms and “follow directions”. I also believe that it will be up to you to rattle their cage if things seem to be too slow.

As far as lawyers (some will say you need one, I think it’s a convenience thing) I’d like to post one conveat.

((and nobody get on me about being racist or something here, it’s just a fact))

There are MANY middle eastern lawyers practicing a VERY specific immigration path representing people from that area. A large number of the legal population caters in that fashion. After conversations with 4 different “offices” it was obvious that they were used to a certain type of fee structure. Be careful. Thankfully I was a court reporter for 7 years. My background made it easy for me to spot “soft fees”, and I wasn’t about to play THAT game. The New York area has a large number of “partner offices”.

If you want to go the legal route, get a referral from a legal eagle you trust.

Basically, make sure you have all your ducks in a row (and that you meet the minimal level of requirements before you even start). I’ve been told 6-12 weeks if you have everything done properly.

Thanks Kathy:

When you mentioned a certain website in that last post, which, of the 3 did you mean? Is there one site that is most pertanent, or one site that does it all? After looking at each link you gave, it seems like the one that listed the different “classes” that were considered for immigration and had actual online forms was the one you mean, but just to make sure . . . Really intriguing about Canada’s original foundation philosophy and its continuing one. Giving people refuge seems to be high on their list of priorities. I think a lot of people are going to need it not long from now.

Yes, the site with the actual forms. That has been to most helpful to date.

I’m telling you it’s a Canadian plot. I’ve been seriously thinking about moving to Canada since this War nonsense has started here, and low and behold People are putting links to sites on immigration laws… The worst part is,Canadians are so damn nice…Aren’t there any real B.C. Jerks, couldn’t find one my whole trip on Vancouver Island last month…And God forbid, they have FRIGGEN gun laws…Go figure…

Come on out to Vancouver. It’s a fine sunny clear day here. Blue sky, snow up on the ski hills! Around 60 degrees farh. in the sun…

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Did I mention it was the same kind of weather again today …but hotter?

Lucky man… New York had a snow storm… Only for a couple of hours but nevertheless COLD. So… again… GRRRRRRR

Don’t feel too bad it was raining in the morning with sun only in the afternoon today…

Currently it’s real nice down here in New York City. The crime rate is seven times less than in London UK. And we have Bicc39!
