Rjays… thanks for the crits. I really agree with you about his beard being more longer / curlier (darn that XSI hair, so hard to comb). He does feel a bit too clean as well. Its so hard to get things dirtied up. haha. You are right about the mood lighting as well. Hopefully I’ll have time to fix / adjust those things.
aminuts… thanks, I am glad you appreciate the textures. I spent a lot of time on those shaders/ textures. SSS is very tricky and I only used the simple version in XSI 5! hehe. Zbrush was awesome for laying in those little details for the leather and those subtle details for the face.
Dickie… thanks man. I really love Roundeye’s concepts. His drawing / style is amazing.
OilColour… thanks so much for showing me how to use Zbrush with those awesome bump techniques! You are the master!

Well this earned Top Row. As mentioned a very good reproduction of the concept work. I would have loved to see you pull that last few steps out to match the concept work. However if it is done, then it is done. I believe some basic animation would provide you with a great character.
