Aumakua's Sketchbook

the way those prints scatter beats a really good subsurface scattering render, cause its actually real life i guess.
good work too!

Thanks alot  yes, mother Nature always renders better

A couple of rough 3d concepts for a middle aged and for an old man - actually they are morphs of the same geometry…

Nice work in here :+1:

Hey Aumakua

Really sweet prints. Thanks for sharing the images like that. It really puts into perspective how well they come out compared to the sculpts. Nice work, as usual! :+1:

Aumakua, the 3D print some pages back, looks REAL GOOD. I clicked on the link to PROTODEMON.COM, but it takes me to a blank page. Have they changed their name? Are they still in business? Did you misspell the site? Did they change their sites name? Would love to check them out. Best.

Dman3d - Thanks alot!

Stephen - hey hey! how are you doing my friend?? glad you like my stuff

Dragon - Thank you  unfortunately they’re no longer in business; it’s a pity for such great studio.

Thank you.

nice sculpt,and thanks your share!

You’re welcome guys

Hello again,
I’d like to share with you a personal project for a cyborg character bust. My aim is to complete the whole workflow, from a high poly assembly
to a fully textured realtime version of the bust with a polygon count under 5k triangles.

I would like to share with all ZBrushers here a bunch of brushes I made recently,
using the 3d modeled bolts, screws, rivets and several other mechanical props I built for a project of mine.

So, here it is, a pack of totally 50 different brushes for your ZBrush creations, to enjoy for free
In case you use these brushes in a commercial project, I would appreciate it if you give me credit for my work.
Have fun with them!
