I like the face pretty much!
But this guy have serius finger nails issues! hahaha
and there is something wierd about his pose. His backs are too straight, i think it makes him lose movement, agression and pissed off look.

I’d shift more of his weight onto his right leg. His center of gravity looks a little off.

Your abomination looks so awesome. Better than the original sculpt concept for the movie as well.
The colonel looks really great but I really would love for you to pull outer corners of the mouth forward just a bit. His mouth is just a tad wide looking. Like he could easily put his whole fist in his mouth. ha. It’s just a small detail that I noticed right away. It’s less noticeable in the recent update compared to the original.

I love your sketchbook. I am a fan of your work. Great anatomy and details! I actually like all your previous works more than the general from Avatar. Not that its bad, its only lesser in comparison to your other works. However you are not finished so who knows what this could turn out to be. Great work once again, looking forward to seeing more.
To me it seems like his legs are too short in proportion. The feet could be the right size if the legs were longer, but if not i would say that the feet are too big

will make his hand gun now…planning to make a complete game asset wid this one.
with a colonel, i’d go to the lowest subdivision level and reshape the bone and muscle structure with a move tool on his face a bit, because there is nothing in the hight subdivisions could be done atm to give him more likeness to the original
I think you need some more wrinkles and age to him. Try enlarging the nose and ears a bit and adding some wrinkles to age him. Its on its way. Aside from likeness, this is great work. Looking forward to the finished piece.
