Cesar: Thank you very much master.
Much better than try to make a mold wait few hour inyect silicone and the wait amost one day to paint it!! YEah, CGI is so fast and I love it.

I must to say that thank you for your tutorials in the spotlight, I never thought about the reflexivity, and used you coments on the last renders.

Piz: Once again thank you very much for the coment, I like a lot your last warrior.

Here is the layers I used to make the render.
I have write the position, the translucency and the quiality of every layer on photoshop. I didn“t touch the color of the renders.

Hope this can help or interest to somebody.
And thanks to Cesar Dacol Jr. for the inspiration.

Sweet, this is similar to way I make my Zbrush renders too in photoshop which is very fast.

But a question: what matcap or zbrush and material and render settings do you use for the occlusion pass and the subdermal pass I would love to know please!? And how do you composite the subdermal in the photoshop as a pass / blending mode?

Thanks very much also for showing this process! :+1:

Darukin:

About the material, I didn“t take notes but what I did:
I fill the model with a orange color with a 15% intensity few times. I didn“t paint the subdermal, it was only a test. I think that what I use fast a fastmaterial(i don“t remember the number), but I used the less shinny of all, I didn“t what to see shinny spot on the subdermal.

the subdermal layer was the background, so what I did was cover the subdermal with the rest of the layer(in order like in the image IENCLOSED).

i have to say that I“m not a expert I made all this by intuition, I didn“t know what I was doing.

About the occlusion material, once again not sure but I made test with the peral white matcaps.
About the light setting was pretty simple, one main light on the left, and one on the back(right), I used for beauty a material called plateline made by Dikie few year ago. I usually use that for the beauty pass.

HOPE THIS HELP,
ARTURO

Fabulous sculpt, and love the texturing/polypainting you’ve achieved on this one Arturo - GREAT work

Chris

The goblin is cool, at least it’s my favorite from this sketchbook.

Any chance some of those materials will show up in the matcap thread? That’s some of the best skin I have seen from zbrush’s renderer. How did you light it as well?

Compliments for the TopRow Buddy! :+1:
