Art of Katon

Thanks guys!

@giullep It was rendered using Keyshot.

@scythe haha maybe it is a handkerchief!

@Haska like I said in the original post, I have a gumroad using this same workflow. I will try to post some sculpting breakdowns later at some point too.

@adamosgood Yeah I just painted it. I am no pro with Hair rendering setups. So I figure I will paint it! haha

hey katon!

great work on these little fellas. last one looks like link’s moody brother.

Hey guys, I had the pleasure of being in the sculpt off this year at the printer expo in burbank. I made this fun short video about it and my adventure. Enjoy! Also I am giving away my sculpt on my gumroad if interested go check it out.

Here is my entry in the show.

Looks like the Hive creatures in the Bungie game “Destiny”. Not exactly the same, but definitely reminiscent. Well done.

Fierce lizard, lotsa eyes. Love the paint colors.

Very generous of you to share/give away.

Excellent sculpt.

So I recently finished some fan art of Dudley from Street Fighter. All done in zbrush and rendered with keyshot. I love the link up!

Here is a link to the gumroad that takes you through the process of posing this guy. https://gumroad.com/l/UoDzG

great shapes and forms Katon! I love the sculptural feeling of it

very good katon

Worked on this over the break and had a bit of fun. Sculpted in Zbrush and rendered using Keyshot. Man I love it so much, using these two together is great!

Nice! Love the bronze rusty metal on shoulder!

Alot of these are just fun sketches or work in progresses lately. Im trying to find more time for personal projects, but we all know how it goes.

more stuff

So cool Katon! As always
Every time i see one of your piece of art i just want to launch Zbrush and sculpt for hours.

Great characters and caricature. I love the flecks of saliva flying out of the arrowhead guy’s mouth.

@Spyndel @julien3d thanks guys!
