I like his anatomy and proportions. I would re-think the way vastus lateralis is sculpted here though. It would look better if it had a softer transition all the way back to biceps femoris.
I like the way you exaggerated the rest of his anatomy though. And the pose is pretty dynamic. I am looking forward to see the end result 
0% body fat on that guy! Wow.
