really great work!! I love the detail of this guy, its excellent. the saggy jowles are great as well.
as you age your ears keep growing, as well as the nose. Some more then others, and ecpecially if the guy started out with big ears. In my opinion they really work with this characters, and I like them. you may tone them down a bit but I would definatly keep them on the large side.

Here is an update…the ears are slightly reduced
The ears looks much better that way, aren’t they ? 
it gives a good balance to the entire head.
Now, perfect the forehead, add eyeballs, et do some textures !
