As far as the texture goes…it’s all just in projection master with custom alphas…pretty much just ones with dotted patterns. It’s just if you were painting a makeup…build up different layers of mottles…reds, blues, yellows, then browns…then whatever else you want to throw in the mix…
I just keep layering colors again and again until it looks right.
A helpful thing I found especially useful is the idea that you can sculpt and paint at the same time together…which can be quite excellent for viens, scabs , blemishes and blackheads.

I was wondering about your bind pose for the arms. Do you have you hands positioned that way (palms facing out) for better deformation when you rotate the ulna?
