Shoulders are too high, I thik they should be lower to give the character a weaker aspect.
i think the grays are the evil manipulative ones…but don’t quote me…i never met one 
mitch…i think you should work on the arms (biceps), legs (thighs), and chest some more…try making him look less muscular. try thinning them out more promortionately.

ok, worked a bit on arms and legs, hope you like it this way 
you don’t have to make it for us to like…that’s not as important as if you like it yourself. 
crits are only to help you see something that maybe you didn’t think about or see before.
i think it looks a little better now…but it still needs some work on the form and definition in some areas…in particular the shoulder, more definition in the arm, elbow and forearm…then also in the hip, thigh area, and knees. maybe if you focus on the joints first and work your way towards the muscle area that it will help to find a better balance in the overall shape that you want…or make it more balanced and believable. oh yeah…you going to put some glare/reflection on the eyes?
the texture is perfect i think.
i know gollum isn’t an alien…but, i was trying to find you an example of similar anatomy…and gollum was the one that came to mind first…only thing is i think gollum is too muscular for your alien…but similar…just not as prominent for your alien…so take this with a grain of salt.

i think it’s looking a lot better from the hips on up. i only have a couple more crits. right now, to me, this little guy looks pretty menacing…so, if that’s what you’re going for then you’re on the right track. even so though, i think maybe the shoulders might be too wide…he kind of looks like a gray alien bodybuilder i also think that the distance from the shoulder to the elbow could extend further because the balance seems disproportionate…and even from the elbow to the wrist…the distance from the wrist to the top of the fingers seem longer than both these distances…but, i think the hands and fingers are great.
did i mention how great that texture is?
