Yes exactly,you can do that with the Zbrush plugin or you can use an external program like Max or Maya.

Yes I know that unwrapping is needed for this. What I meant was, how did you destribute the ring pattern on the suit so uniformly and even. thenks and sorry for the noob questions;)

No worries!!!Here I am for all that you need.Feel free to ask me everything that you need.
What I did was make a texture with the pattern and I unwraped it in Max mixing with ZBrush.With my texture and my uv I can control exactly the size and the direction of the final pattern.

Did you use NOISE MAKER (i.e. did you bring your pattern into NOISE MAKER and just messed with the settings in there?)

I didn´t use it in the MOS case.But if you have a correct UV you can use it with total control!

Can you share your workflow for the armor of the viking?for example the chest plate is a single mesh(and the details are all done with the mask/inflate workflow?or there are multiple meshes??and the boots?same workflow?

When I first entered I said “wow!”! But then I saw another one and I was like, “This one is better”, and then “Wow that was is sure - the best” and immediately following that “Wait! No! WOW! THIS!!” but then I saw another one 0.0 and it went on for the rest of the page!
