Ditto. That’s why I love this forum
that tiled texture is great! do you have a tutorial or steps for your workflow?
I’ll see if I can throw something together for your viewing pleasure.
Sorry about the audio quality… As an audio professional this is not the way I like to do things but my audio is on a different OS and I couldn’t rig up a good microphone without over-complicating things.
It is really a condensed version of what I saw on http://eat3d.com/free/zbrush_tile
nice work! and thank you for posting the texture tutorial!
omg im loving the engineer design love to see it once its finsihed
Thanks a bunch. I am not sure if I will go any further on it. I’m glad you like it though.
Nice, but a bit overused. You can clearly see seams lines and the texture gets stretched .
Yeah, it was a bit of a joke I guess and I was just testing it out. The seams are only there because I used a tileable texture I made, not a propper texture map to UV’d, imported model.
I originally made this object in maya and sent it to zbrush as a .obj
From there I sculpted the high poly with some textures in spotlight and added a few quick wears and tears on corners.
