It looks like her head and shoulders are too far back from her chest.

I like the last one very much, I really like the curve and the style you gave to her
I like the touch of your most recent female figure, although I cannot help but think that the breast are too high up to the clavical.
Unless she’d have had a significant boob job and lift, I would be of the inclination that gravity would pull them down more level to where the sternum is.
If the sculpt was made to significantly exaggerate the female figure, then what I think could go out of the window as to a proper crit.
She also could use a tad more lower rib cage, maybe…

your version 4 sculpt of your female version have very nice flow to it. it is a bit toony but i guess thats your intention with the super hero theme. i noticed you had some trouble in getting her side views to be more slim. down below is an image which could help get a feel for that particular problem.
Thanks Jesper for tips…i will get intetion to the next time, sure…when i come back and saw my femal sculpt i found plenty of mistake or too exagered form…(as you said it comes from my hero theme.) in one side i try to improve my anatomy knowledge, and i must sculpt as realistic as possible…in other side i want to continue my cartoon Hero theme… 
and due to my self responsability i go to work i try to catch time for make all of this…but thanks guys for all your support…it give us always the motivation.

Consider that i didnt go into fine detail …
I like how this looks (and your previous studies btw) if i could offer a little critique though, i feel like her breasts look like somebody is grabbing them and pulling them outward (away from one another) as opposed to them sagging naturally. They look nice from the profile (the outside of the breasts) but on the inside the seem a little too “bent”? Again i really like how its looking and this is just a minor crit and my opinion. Keep up the good work!
