If that’s what you’re going for, then you need to pull it back. So, for regular superman, pull it forward, for irradiated superman, pull it back. Yeah, that’s it.

Looking good. The cape is adequately ruffled, and not overdone (some 3d artists seem to think that every piece of cloth needs to look like the Pieta). I think it would look nicer if it folded over itself at the edges like it does here.
twitch i gues i wil stop working on my superman coz the details that i need to do is not important for me now i guess coz its my learning phase…so lets move on to the next project…thnx a lot bro!!!

I think that’s a good idea. Detail work is good for making nice looking sculpts, but it’s less important for learning. The body proportions of the baby aren’t bad, but you really need a lot of good baby reference to sculpt a baby face. You also need to forget everything you’ve learned about adult facial proportion, because it all goes out the window with babies.
All you baby bones are too long and the head needs to be about double size, but the face isn’t as large, as mentioned get some reference images, as babies are weird almost bloated air sacks. 
I liked your super-person attempt. Weird putting the big ‘S’ on him, as no way Sups would ever look like that even in a thousand years…
As I have posted often over the years… redo, redo, redo, if you really want to learn, start stop and start from scratch to see if you learnt anything from the process. When someone draws a character, it is done over and over from all angles to get a solid understanding of what you are trying to do. No different with sculpting/modeling. Give it a try, it’s worth the frustration…
oyye twitch thnx mat…i guess my idea of approaching to a nice baby face would to create a face of a avg human with basic necesities and then givn that extra facial muscles…let c if it works

i guess superman might hav never looked like that…but com on who can say how dos superman look wen he is old …super old…its super man with super oldness…atleast this is wat happend when the atomic energy hit him…
but i want to convey a msg…a msg that even if it is the hottest,hunkiest,strongest etc etc guy of planet earthor of the univese…every one has to go through old age…and was old man stdy so not a big deal i guess.

Well, I think there is a bit difference between the effect of an atomic blast and old age.
As for your baby, I’m still just not buying that face as a baby face. The body isn’t bad, but for the face, it just looks like you took regular adult proportions and softened them, babies have much different faces. For one the face should be smaller, but you really should reference that picture, it gives proportions.

I tried to draw a baby once, ended up looking like an old man under a voodoo curse, so it’s not like I don’t feel your pain. I’d say revisiting this later would be a good idea.

For the future try this… Get an image or sketch, if image do a sketch, us that as the basis to define your sculpt structure. Then at least you will start with the proper proportions and work big, long before you work small. Get the overall shape and style, do test poses, does it look right? If not back to square one. No matter the subject, horse, baby, space craft, the rules are the same. In the end you have to have something that the viewer accepts as what you are trying to portray, otherwise you have prevented success.

jason sir-actually i thought i would not go for deep and long making stuffs coz than it wil require detail…so wanted to only make forms…i was happy with all the part of the baby but not the head at all…so i just made the forms u c…
and usuallly when i make sumthing i always sketch it before…coz its from the paper from wer the inspiration cums from…atleast for me…but for the baby i dinnt coz i had many pictures and thes realistic baby doll of my sister 
…
however sir its realy kind of for checkin out the stuff i making…
