The Chupacabra as a mascot for a fictitious brand of bubble tea. I was fascinated by the described example of Santa’s redesign, I wanted to take a similar approach, and decided to “commodify” latinamerica’s most famous goat-sucker cryptid (which would usually have a horror/savage aspect) and make it more kid-friendly with proportions and volumes similar to the style of the cereal mascots of the 90s, but with hints of a mischievous/spooky side.
