anatomy books names plz
Very nice sculpts! Good luck in your job search
Autstanding sculptures! I realy love the fleshness of this models. The only thing that bothers me is that the women’s body seems older than her face, but it doesn’t change the fact that our sculpts are like masterpieces. 5*
Hello!
I agree on that, the female body is weird, I cannot say the age :). Body seems old but the head says different thing! anyway, it’s a very well done job, a few models, but all of them with really hight quality.
A seguir asi!
Sorry guys I didn’t posted here last two days because I have been in bed with a pretty huge headache…
Anyway, there is no better way to wake up perfectly fine that discovering that you have just made it to the Turntable Gallery, which is kind of cool. Anyone knows about that guessed image, where will appear? Some badge aside from the forum name, maybe?
Oh, I just found also some images from “the process” of my demoreel so I’m posting them, I must have a lot more on my workstation if I look for them, but I use to browse the web on my laptop (aka. “My 2nd ref Monitor”, aka “The CoolIris Laptop” cause is almost the only thing that I use it for lately…)
PJSWAN - thanks! there you have it some more pics of the process…
adampof - I don’t know about any book in special, I have a bunch of them I usually look in every book what I like, I don’t use a special book for any special thing. But if you want me to recommend you some book I don’t know, I guess that I should say Anatomy for the Artist by Sarah Simblet, then there are a couple more, Artistic Anatomy by Dr. Paul Richer with some good info on the comments (this one has illustrations, not photos) but its still good, then then Another one from Stephen Rogers Peck and some more drawing-based as the bridgman ones. You should check out all the Andrew Loomis’s books, they are free and you can get them on the net. Even though I would recommend to get them on paperback, but these are very rare to find. I have a lot more, but they are mostly the same… I’m sure other artists will tell you a lot of different books…
I guess that the coolest book about anatomy is the only one that I do not have, and actually its not an anatomy book, its a musculation one, and the cool thing about it is that it has illustrations of all the muscles for every different musculation exercise, in all the different stages of relaxation/tension. There is also another one that I want but its german and I am somewhat afraid not to understand anything if I buy it… the name is “Die gestalt blah blah blah” or something like that, can’t remember it, a lot of people recommends it.
Captain Sensible - thanks!
bryzol, Gentleman, thanks to you both!, I don’t know about the female model, I will check it out, but, if you mean about the right part of the back of the girl, that’s because of her column, that is a little bit turned to the left and twisted on its own axis, thats the reason of the appeareance of these “bulges” this would appear in any young person with any kind of body type, does not matter the amount of fat that has, even if its zero, this would appear. (I have almost zero fat, and these bulges appear if I keep my column like that) Maybe the fact that here there is no “horizontal plane” reference might make it look just weird, which let me tell you that, yes it looks weird. Anyway, I will check that out just in case, thanks for the tips to you both
Like I said before, I am posting a couple more images, that I have found on this laptop, one is from a WIP version of the texture of the old guy, and the other one is from a wip sculpt version of the head of the old guy.
