Make something in 3D with some variety of altitude
Dump the layer
In this new layer :
Normal Brush + Alpha N°0 + Stroke Drag Rect + Zadd off + RGB intensity =100 + Color ( or texture if you want)
Apply the brush
Take the Blur Brush, Zadd On, Z intensity =10
