Hello, 2014 - I think was my last post. This is my latest 100% Zbrush creation and I thought I should finally update my gallery here. I first sculpted out the head forms and then flesh mainly using the clay build up & smooth brushes. I used the Zbrush default alpha’s and strokes to create most of the skin detail. The masking with noise was also used to create more skin details. The eye brows, lashes and face hair are all fibre meshes adjusted. I painted her skin by using alphas with low rob values whilst shifting through relevant colour palettes. The material was a basic material base which I adjusted to make more skin like. Her eyes I used spotlight to transfer the texture with a basic eye material. The decorative parts of her outfit are just primitives deformed after using zmoddler. Finally the render is a simple BPR with default single light and some shadow adjustment. Cheers, Calum

I made everything except the body ,I used a default poser base and shaped it a little.The head I spent a couple of days on out of a sphere...When I have the time I will make my own body base to feel liberated from all external shortcut cheating.The texture is passes from zbrush blended in cs3. C+C Welcomed as I need to move forward.Cant afford maya or max but will have c4d soon.Maybe modo,undecided .If anyones really rich and would like to buy me a great renderer to see my work improve I might consider it ha ha. Then I made the face decor by extraction masks I painted over the skin setting the depth of the extractions.The body suit I made from zpheres2 and then converted to a skin.I used the subtool option to add sections of the body suit and outer headgear.After that I went to cs2 and psp to do some colour adjustments and minor detail touch up.     Nice start. The best way i find to sculpt hairs is to lay down larger strands in lower resolutions first going over under other strands and then laying down hairlike strokes on top of those on the higher subd´s

Zombie Dragon
ZBt.jpg Hi, I was asked to create an image for a Trading Game Card of a Zombie Dragon. Its one of many Ive been commisioned to do.(epictcg.com) I used the daz dragon and took it into zbrush for zombification and texture.Background made in cs2. On another note:If anyone could suggest a good rendering programme for me?I have xs1 6 (memory crash constant)and upgrading is becomming an international hassle.Im in London. I was considering Modo or C4d.Could anyone be as kind as to suggest any options or if my choice is good or not .If you do thanks ..Im hitting a deadend composting(yeah thats how I spell it considering my work). Etcher: Thanks so much for your continued support.I know how busy you always are and I feel guilty having any of your time with my substandard efforts.Your stencil videos have been really helpfull and I can start to put my concepts together with different scenarios..Thanks.. ... Heres more on my Vampire,maybe a demon works better for him as the horn test suggest a more suitable style to me. Please excuse the objects as they are an explination of construction for some friends on another site.The base mesh from zpheres etc..
