ZBrush for Concepting - Part 1
We'll start this series with a brief intro to Joseph Drust and Andrew Bosley, followed by an overview of the six part lesson. The second portion of this video jumps right into ZBrush as Joseph uses the default ZModeler Brush options to quickly generate building structures.
ZBrush for Concepti … ZBrush for Concepting - Part 2
Taking the buildings created in Part 1, let's use 2.5D and its functionality to create an Alpha.
ZBrush for Concepti … ZBrush for Concepting - Part 3
Now that we have an Alpha created from our buildings, let's use it to create Surface Noise. Once rendered with BPR, we'll convert it to editable geometry and prep our buildings for KeyShot.
ZBrush for Concepti … ZBrush for Concepting - Part 4
Let's use the ZBrush to KeyShot Bridge, we'll create a number of render passes from various KeyShot materials. These render passes will then be passed on to Andrew for the remainder of this lesson.
ZBrush for Concepti … ZBrush for Concepting - Part 5
Discover Andrew's technique from manipulating Joseph's renders and the start of his Photoshop texturing and paint over.
ZBrush for Concepti … ZBrush for Concepting - Part 6
With our final video of this series, we put the finishing touches on our concept piece. An amazing collaboration between Joseph Drust and Andrew Bosley. For more tutorials from Joseph visit pixologic.com/zclassroom and for concepts by Andrew visit bosleyart.com
ZBrush for Concepti … Architectural Design - Part 1
This tutorial series gets things started with the ZModeler Brush and NanoMesh to create a building base. Use NanoMesh's random, variation, offset, and rotation sliders to create a unique skyscraper look.

I've been trying to put more time into personal sculptinz lately, so this is my latest attempt I did a fanart of Phoenix Wright because I'm a big fan of the games, hope you dig it! I also did a video with a little snippet [finally] giving Zbrush timeline a proper go, hopefully it's entertaining Y7NmfO3s1hs

thanks a bunch, you guys! Ehren: Thanks a bunch, man! Love all the stuff you've been doing for Mcfarlane! Bigodon: Thanks! Glad you dig it Erik Heyninck: Thanks a bunch for the kind words! I'm glad you dig my stuff. Maybe when I get good enough I'll do a more realtime video ^^ O/MI: hey same to you, Oliver! I'd love to see more process vids from you, I always love your work! boozy floozie: Hey thanks a bunch, dude!! It's been a long time since I did any personal work - so long, in fact, that i had to get used to the updated Zbrushcentral interface yet again! So I did a Valentine's Day sculpt this time, along with a timelapse for anyone who's interested. Happy Valentine's Day, ya'll! Timelapse: j_bAUntbacg I still have to dig into the Zbrush4r7 features, so this is sorta a warmup before taking a serious crack at a project in the new Zbrush

thanks a bunch, xada, earthtriber, MAH, and mix_mash!! I appreciate it earthtriber: I don't think I undo/redo a ton in these timelapses, but I do think the ForwardHistory timelapses can be a little misleading! Since almost all the sculpting in...

thanks a bunch, Nolan_R, Santis, Polyhead90, and Ryan! I moved recently, so I haven't had quite as much time to do personal work lately I'm fighting against that now though, so I did another timelapse. It's been a while since I did something in quite this style, so I decided to do a really anime-y Star Skipper This timelapse doesn't really use any special features of zbrush like the last ones, so hopefully it's not too boring for yallz! Always loved your work, so it's really awesome to hear the encouragement! Montecristo: Thanks, dude!! Geeze I missed your awesome sweater breakdown, I'm excited to try that out now that I've done knitting the weird way Rakan: thanks a ton, man! I appreciate it For whatever reason, I decided to do a daydreamer girl in cold clothing just weeks after I did that ice cream girl! I thought i'd try out some ideas for using Micromesh on the scarf and hat. As usual, I tried to do it all in Zbrush. Hope you dig it!!! (I did a timelapse too if you're interested, hopefully it's not too confusing!) dvCompIskoY I also got hit up a few times because the timelapse goes over the hat portion too fast So maybe this will make more sense!

That's the coolest time-lapse video I've seen so far. I'm impressed with how much detail you can get with micromesh that quickly. I'm going to have to experiment with it now. Thanks for sharing it.

lol thanks Kerem! I thought I'd do another one, this one's sorta a uhh colorful surreally ethereal swirly lady! Hope you like it! I also recorded a timelapse, but I'm afraid I didn't really use any of the cool features that I'd planned to try out for this one. I'll try to use some zbrush features I haven't played with much next time! But I hope you find it interesting! 7tAcZsMhxM0

Hi all, I've sorta disappeared for a while cuz I've been working on my lowpoly, baking, texturing, and all that non-zbrushage jazz. She's still not done though! I got distracted and started working on Dizzy's grim reaper wing - Necro. I made a couple timelapses too as I went along if you're interested Necro's stylized skull and hood: SiULVSdhyNs Necro's cloth body, arm, and wings I tried to annotate this one with some thoughts as I went along to sorta make more sense haha 32AKWMb0Bt4
