Creating a Character...ZModeler Introduction
Introducing, the latest tool to be added in your modeling pipeline, ZModeler Brush! This brush is geared specifically towards low polygon modeling, but not limited to. Adding-on to the standard methods of low polygon modeling, we have developed an all in one Brush that will allow you not only access all low poly modeling functions, but also intuitively develops a brush workflow. Some of the features in this brush include adding and removing multiple edge loops, beveling, extruding multiple surfaces, smooth subdivision modifiers, bridging holes and surfaces, and more. Jump into this classroom to learn all you will need to begin using this brush!Featuring 4 introductory videos to help get started before you dive into more advanced ZModeler Actions.
ZModeler IntroductionArrayMesh
ArrayMesh is an advanced array system in ZBrush that will allow you to create duplicate instances of geometry in varying patterns and shapes. This feature operates in real-time as you edit the structure of the original mesh or adjust the modifiers of the array. Using the sliders located in the ArrayMesh sub-palette or simply using ArrayMesh with Transpose can quickly generate complex instanced geometry. The ArrayMesh system also incorporates a multi-stage approach that allows you to nest multiple arrays within each other. With this system you can easily create instanced shapes such as tank treads or full buildings!

Whoa have not checked this in a while: @ilel david : Thank you very much for the advice and the complement ^^ Very happy on that! On my next car, I will reference and keep those tips in mind for sure. SGR: This model as an game engine model went in another (but similar direction), here was the hi poly with fibermesh. Rendered in Keyshot Bridge and Zbrush. All modeling done in Zbrush. Hope you enjoy.

Well, decided to make a "Jedi Temple to Ashla" to learn more about anatomy, Jedi lore, and make lightsabers and stuff. Greek and Roman classical sculpture is beloved, so they were mixed with beloved hero legend. Keyshot and Zbrush. Hope you like them.

Light Saber Artifact
A project utilizing ZbrushR7, substance painter 2, and zbrush keyshot bridge. Finally got a hold of how to set up the materials: Use Advanced metallic as a label on a advanced Dielectric, then sync the textures to their appropriate channels. Learned alot, hope you like it.

Another realtime PBR character. You can view it in 3D HERE. I took this one to KS bridge too to try to find a material bridge for some of the outputs Substance Painter 2 puts out that allows it to fully complement KS like ZB does. Modeled and sculpted in ZBrush. Asymmetrical sculpt from primitives: posed cylinders and spheres then sculpted on top of them, same with portrait. SP2 for bakes and textures, Keyshot 6 for renders, and Sketchfab for 3D viewing.

Starting to check out realtime character pipelines. I used Zbrush for the models, both Hi and low, Zmodel brush, Substance painter and zbrush for painting (I like painting skin in zbrush ), and tried both Handplane baker substancepainter for the bakes. Was testing Keyshot Pro with Substance Painter, examination of what kinda result can be made over a weekend. Rapid modeling, posing, and physical damage pass with Zbrush's Zmodel and Sculpting brushes.
