This is a piece I sculpted last year. Original 2D design by Tony Chen.
It is quite a challenging project as it is my first time try to sculpt for 3D print purpose.
A lot of detail was pure sculpted and not using existing alphas. It is also a reason why it took so long.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, everything was done in zbrush. Only the cloth was using Marvelous Designer to generate the base then finish in zbrush. I believe I didn't even use Maya unless for unwrap some UV.

As I have grown up watching a lot of Danish movies with Mads Mikkelsen (that actor) I would say he is a little too round in his features. Mads is very marked and slender.
