In this Lesson example, we'll take a pair of mech designed wings with various types of topology and apply ZRemesher with the help of Creases and PolyGroups. Applying these functions can assist with future mesh editing including Dividing, sculpting, and PolyPainting.
ZRemesher 3.0 -...ZRemesher 3.0 - DetectEdges
Let's familiarize ourselves a little better with ZRemesher's DetectEdges functionality. In this Lesson example, we'll take a gear model that has a triangulated mesh with no PolyGroups or no mesh ID, but has edges to help utilize the DetectEdges function. Once DetectEdges is activated, we can convert our mesh to quad based geometry, create PolyGroups, and most importantly retain our clean or hard edges. This function can assist with future mesh editing including Dividing and sculpting or features that utilize PolyGroups.

Here's my humble contribution to Fortnite. It was quite the experience working with the Keos Masons team. Cédric Séaut was my lead and I was responsible for the creation of the Sushi Master's outfit and props. Joe Atilano was also part of our team and worked on another character.

Hey everyone! After ages working on them, I'm happy to announce my set of basemeshes is now available. I created these for my own use because I couldn't find alternatives that would fit my needs. They're fully production ready with clean topo and UVs. You can use them either for study purposes or to kickstart your next project. They're a big time saver for me. Instead of starting from scratch or wasting time on laborious technical tasks, I can spend more time sculpting and texturing. This is Batgirl statue I sculpted for DC at the end of 2017. Design by Babs Tarr. This one was pure joy to sculpt. I'm really fond of this youthful optimistic version of Batgirl and I hope fans will enjoy the statue as much as I did making it.

This is a statue I sculpted almost two years ago for Eaglemoss. Catwoman was very challenging to tackle as she's one of my favourite characters from the Batman universe. The stakeholders chose to base the pose on the cover of Catwoman #70 by Adam Hughes and decided to have her wear a more recent costume. The base was provided by the client. As always it's been a pleasure sculpting in this universe. I have a couple more statues in this line that are yet to show.

Here are all the render passes I used to create the final illustration. They were all rendered in ZBrush and later composited in Photoshop. I enjoy rendering in ZBrush as I find the process very fast and straightforward, yet giving me a lot of control at the compositing stage.

Hey ZBC! I'm happy to present to you my newest piece: Mary! The goal with this character was to capture the joy of discovery. Maybe she's getting her first glimpse at something she's been long looking for or she's awed by a surprising sight she just stumbled upon! Mary was sculpted and rendered in ZBrush and composited in Photoshop. Here are a few modeling breakdowns which I hope will be helpful to some of you. Soon I will also post render breakdowns going through my rendering process.

This is a collectible of Batman I made for Eaglemoss over a year ago. It was a great honor to be asked to sculpt this character which I care so much about. I'm a huge Batman fan and it's a wonderful feeling to see people holding this small statue in their hands and enjoying having it. Here's a quick render I did before work this morning as well as pictures of the finished product. There are more DC (and Marvel!) statues to come

Here's the finished project! This is a bust of a Howler, a dangerous gang member that lives in the streets of Karnaca in Dishonored 2. The original concept is from Cédric Peyravernay. The presentation is made in Marmoset Toolbag 3. I've also prepared a couple of breakdowns on the low poly hair process as well the tattoo texture. I should also mention here as well that I took a class on hair with Adam Skutt and that the workflow I'm sharing here is by no means as in depth as what students learn in his class. If you're interested in learning more about it, I'd recommend you take his class. One more resource I learned a lot from, Tarkan Sarim's XGen patreon which is a gold mine of knowledge on hair.

This a fan art bust of Durotan from the Warcraft universe. I wanted to sculpt the design from the movie in a stylized way to bring him closer to the games he originates from. When watching the movie, I enjoyed how much Durotan felt like an intelligent being with complex feelings. Yet you can still feel the bestiality of the orcs and his nobility as a chieftain. Hopefully, I managed to encapsulate some of these traits as well. Big thanks to Dusty NThis a fan art bust of Durotan from the Warcraft universe. Hey ZBC This is a bust inspired by Christophe Charbonnel. It's called Eurydice IV since he made three busts of Eurydice. In Greek mythology, Eurydice is the wife of Orphée. After her death, her husband went to hell and asked Hades to let her go. Hades agreed but told Orphee he had to walk from hell back to the surface in front of Eurydice and not look back. Along the way she keeps asking why he doesn't look back at her. In the end, he turns back to look at her and she waves him goodbye before disappearing forever.

I posed this nice gal and rendered her in Marmoset. I've learned tons doing her using techniques from artists such as Raphael Boyon, Magdalena Dadela and Cesar Dacol Jr.. This helped me get my first real job in the industry and I can never be thankful enough. Please feel free to give me your critics. She's full of imperfections and I only wish to do better next time

Hey TuristaInc, thanks a lot for your comments. For the old guy, I've been working on him a little lately but I'll wait until I have more progress to show. Your critics are taken into account though For the girl, I'm glad you like her design. Moreover, I totally agree with you on the chest part and a leather engraving of a crow emblem is planned. The brooch is still placeholder too and I might add some crow stuff on her gloves. Anyways, here's my progress on her. Modeling is almost done. Bigger images here (full) and here (face).
