In this Lesson example, we'll take a pair of mech designed wings with various types of topology and apply ZRemesher with the help of Creases and PolyGroups. Applying these functions can assist with future mesh editing including Dividing, sculpting, and PolyPainting.
ZRemesher 3.0 -...ZRemesher 3.0 - DetectEdges
Let's familiarize ourselves a little better with ZRemesher's DetectEdges functionality. In this Lesson example, we'll take a gear model that has a triangulated mesh with no PolyGroups or no mesh ID, but has edges to help utilize the DetectEdges function. Once DetectEdges is activated, we can convert our mesh to quad based geometry, create PolyGroups, and most importantly retain our clean or hard edges. This function can assist with future mesh editing including Dividing and sculpting or features that utilize PolyGroups.

    All the painting was done without any projection, all done with multiple layers process on susbtance painter. For the cloth I try to figure where the sun hit, which part are more expose, which part are more use...etc For the skin I just apply a first...

Thanks atom! I did this project based on the artwork of Clonerh Kimura : https://clonerh.deviantart.com/art/Journey-390927747 I was try to keep the mind of the original artwork, but I want made something more realistic. I choice to keep the dynamic with long legs but I choice to make more realistic anatomy. All model was sculpt on zbrush, baking on marmoset, texture on substance painter and render on Maya with Vray. I got out of symmetry very quickly just after retopology. I want sculpt everything for training myself on cloth. No Marvelous in there, on the next ^^ Obviously the sculpt and all the process was very long, so I'm glad to have finish this one And I Hope you like it!
