The product of a few lunch sessions and nightly renders. My goal was to get more acquainted with xgen and the vray skin material setup from substance painter. Sculpt done in Zbrush, textures with Substance Painter and rendered in maya vray. The image that sparked the inspiration.

Silly SciFi Farmer. This is one of the current personal projects that I´m working on. It started as a daily head sculpt and just grew and grew in scope, but its really fun and I´ve been trying a lot of new workflows with zbrush´s new boolean feature and I´m of course loving it. When the project is finished I´ll put together some assets (i.e brushes, insertmeshes and so on) and tutorials in some form.

Rhino - Animal Warrirors
Hello, It was very long since I last posted something here so its about time! I thought I´d share a personal project of mine that I recently called done. Everything was modeled/sculpted in Zbrush and textured in Substance Painter, rendered in Vray(maya), fur was done with Xgen and lastly some composition in photoshop. The inspiration came from watching (too many) movies with anthropomorphic animals and I wanted to create my own small part of such a world but a very gritty one. I like to apply some backstory whenever I work on something and what I tried to do with this is convey a rough, primitive and cruel world where the carnivores and herbivores are at war, and where the herbivores could be looked on as the more barbaric ones. Thanks for reading, more stuff from me can be found on my artstation This is how I start, just a very quick sketch not worrying about anything in the beginning. I think next in line is the Bison

Hi everyone! This is my first post here eventhough I´ve been browsing this site for a long time. So I thought it is about time I started sharing aswell . I´m a student at Futuregames studying 3D graphics and for the last 1 ½ week we have had a character modeling course. The concept was free of choice and I choosed to make Tom Cruise from the Last Samurai. the course finishes this friday and the goal is to have a well made game friendly character model.
