Just wanted to let you folks know how AWESOME Pixologic’s Customer support is! My Hard drive quit & I lost my ZBrush, (I KNOW, I’m going to copy it to disk this time, LOL) and being saturday I honestly didn’t think I would get a reply until monday at the earliest, But exactly 50 minutes after my email was sent I got a reply on how to proceed with my replacement!!! Thank’s Matthew “U is DA MAN”. This is certainly another Gem in ZBush’s Magnificent Crown of Glory, and an example I wish other companies would learn to follow. Mahalo Nui Loa Pixologic

Yeah, I agree, Pixologic customer support is top notch. I have recieved prompt replies to all of my queries so far. 
Me too. I can’t count the number of times Pix and crew have helped me out, even at very late or early hours, and on weekends.
Truly one of a kind company.

Alas, poor Aurick. He must never sleep. I’ve sent email at 2:00 am and gotten a response in less than an hour.
