Super fun characters! The jolly purple guy is my favorite!
Thanks Metin!
Here are some other characters I illustrated recently, this time for Celeveland Magazine’s ‘50 Things Every Clevelander Must Do’ issue.

Grreat! I really love your style.
I especially love the subtle shading and the lighting of the fisherman character. It’s almost like a 2D-painted cartoon. Did you use Keyshot for the rendering?
hahhaah… these are terrific.
good job.

hehe, those are adoreable germs, good job
sweet characters !
Something a little different from my character work, this is an illustration I was commissioned to create by DAVIS Design for Philadelphia’s line of VIVA Protein Yogurt Smoothies.
I used ZBrush for the majority of the modelling, rendering was done in 3ds Max with V-Ray.

And for anyone interested, here’s a history/timelapse!
It’s that time of year again! This is my 4th year taking part in the fantastic Monster Project (https://themonsterproject.org/). This year the wonderful monster I picked was drawn by a brilliant kid called Reagan.
I decided that it would be fun to make a campfire scene and have the monster leap out from the bushes, so that’s what I did!
I also made a very short process video for anyone interested in how the scene came together. It’s not hugely in-depth, and sadly my ZPR files with the undo history for modelling the dad & the monster are both corrupt, otherwise I would have included them also

I managed to find a couple of ZPR files that still opened with the undo history for the Dad, so here’s a little time-lapse!
These were three fun melting food characters I created to accompany an article in Women’s Health magazine about the potential pitfalls of the Keto diet. Sculpted in ZBrush, rendered in 3ds Max with V-Ray.
Very, very cool work!!
Cheers,
Selwy
Excellent designs. Very cute. Real nice renders too.
i have seen the Monster Project earlier on Behance. That is really cool ))
These are great !
I love 'em! And I want to eat them!
Thanks all!
Here’s a recent project I did. Every year, the lovely people at www.satek.at commission an artist to create a series of posters which announce to the people of Vienna that the local ice cream parlour, Tichy, is open for business. I was truly honoured to be this year’s artist and these are the illustrations I created!
I used Zbrush for modelling most of the characters, as well as the liquid elements in the canal scene.
Really looking forward to going to Vienna myself in a few weeks to hopefully see them in person (and most importantly, eat ice cream!)
Here’s an short undo history time-lapse featuring some (but sadly not all) of the steps to making the ice cream cone character
I saw these on Instagram. Love 'em all! Great sculpting, materials, lighting, rendering, the works!
Thanks Metin!
Here’s something a little different. These are a couple of images I created for an unused campaign in 2013.
I modelled and textured the Facehugger in ZBrush, rigged and posed it in 3ds max then matched it to supplied stock photography. Rendered with V-Ray.
Here are some WIP images of the model.

Cool! Very nice to see that you can easily switch between a cartoony style and realism.
