I think the ears are still too big! they should be at the end of the jaw! and they will finbish at the same level as the eyes!
i totally agree with bas mazur ! u should observe alot! even if u are in the bus or in the street u will discover loads of things! watching at people how they are how the colour is!
We usually associate baldness with masculinity, so often when we see an untextured bald head, we instinctively respond thereafter, even if the face’s features indeed are female. Try a quick paintover in Photoshop or GIMP, just roughly blocking out a female haircut in 2D (or 3D of course) and see if that helps.
