Excellent stuff!! Is this animation based on polygonal shape-blending only?
Stunning!
Really cool man, hope you are kind enough and have enough time to post some kind of tutorial on how you were finally able to do that with Maya.
Brilliant work! Very impressive stuff you’ve posted recently.

excellent Seb, je suis justement en train de travailler sur une anim similaire.
excellent Seb, I’m working on something like that, nice to see your nice result.
Super Phat… you freekin’ rock
extraordinary and wonderful work in every sense, please tell us how do you do that…please, please :qu: :qu:
Super terrifiant ce morphing de target.
Allez vite, explications de ta technique dans maya et tout et tout.
Trad : Super terrifying this morphing target. Go quickly, explanations of your technique in Maya and all and all.
Cool!
Thanks for the comments!
I was out for a while, need a rest!
here’s an simple picture explaining the different blending. I used Maya for its quick access to parameter linkage. I used blenders and layer shader, all linked to the morph, and I did a smal interface slider for easy controll and animation.
Great stuff
That’s interesting … so you used Displacement for the larger scale deformation, and then bump mapping for the finer detail on top. Thank you … I’m learning Cinema4D at the mo, and that’s dropped another piece of the jigsaw into place for me. Cool.
Really cooool!!!
and very nice result!
EXCELENT WORK, JUST AMAZING
my Q is more into Maya
how did you control the displacment & Bump morph…just buy using layered shader???
wow, thats simply too cool! I want to try it out once I figure out how to use maya more.
great stuff
