I’m not sure that I would say it’s still ongoing, since we got it figured out, but I realized my final reply was not clear - the answer lies here:
The reason I had so much trouble tracking this video down again is that I was searching for cursor problems, when it is actually a resolution scaling problem that has only shown up on some later versions of ZB2020 having to do with scaling your icons (in Windows display settings) on 4K monitors. I switched from 150% to 125% and it fixed the problem.
