Viva la france!!!
Viva le Pilou!!!
Thanks bicc39, It’s interesting to note that it does not support disp maps though. Later.
@sirquadalot:
Displacement maps in Z2 (and please, correct me if I am wrong) had been implemented to make it easy (or possible) for proggies like MAX, MAYA and the rest of those “industry standards” to work with normal ZBrush models, means high poly meshes. Quite high ones.
Now: if the advertising of Vue5 infinite is right and honest, then this new kid is able to deal with a polycount that is iinsane from all that we (or I) know!
70 million poy’s to a scene, and still editing - enough to make MAX (and the rest of them) gag.
So, just bring in your dense meshes from Z2 and make your scenes live.
Just read and look at the e-on site, there are examples that will make your eyes water!
Hi Zaphod pleasure to know about you, hope everything to you and your family¡
Mario
Renders nice too!
Zaphod, they call it 2.5D when they talk about billions of poly’s. Sounds familliar 8-). The more I look at the VUE5i I have the more it smells like there are a LOT of ZB2 concepts used in there.
