Viewport rotation constantly locking up in OS X Yosemite?

Hello!

I’ve just started using Zbrush in OS X (Yosemite) and I am having a very disruptive issue where rotation constantly locks up? I am able pan and zoom, but not rotate a model for a brief period of time, than it goes back to normal, than after about 10-15 seconds of normality, than it locks… I tap around a bit, then it unlocks… back and forth, back and forth?

Its extremely annoying… is this a known bug, or is there an intuos setting or something that I need to adjust?

System: MBP late 2014, Yosemite, intuos 5. Another thing that may be relevant info- I’m not using the standard wacom issued USB cable (the one that came with the intuos) but an extra one I had lying around. I’ve used other USB cables before and had issues in Zbrush, but not this issue in particular…

I just installed an update of Yosemite last night, but I’m not sure…

This is a fresh license, as of today in fact, so yes… I am on 4R7-P1.

Hi there, I’m using the same as your system with one exception, my tablet is Aiptek. I’ve never suffered the system you mention so there is a possibility that yours is faulty or inter-fearing some how.

Suggest you try without a tablet and see if you still get that fault. !
