thank you for the constructive criticism.
Despite the lack of feedback from here, I’ve still been working on getting this one done. she’s gone through quite a few iterations, but I think I’m nearly done with her body. Feedback… well, you know.

here pubic to greater trocanter has to strong of a defanition.
Hands need a little more thickness.
from the side the ass looks good but from back it needs work its the right shape but way to pronounced sticking sharply out.
The body length is out of proportion.
Measure from the greater trochanter to the ball of her feet and then measure from greater trochanter to the top of her head these lengths are supposed to be pretty much the same.
The side of the breasts to the rib cage to prominent smother transition.
The face looks to be still in somewhat of a blocking stage but I will give you some idea’s to work on.
The brow to the nose the sharp edge should be a rounded mound of a edge.
The inner ear it should look more like a (y) inside use a reference to get it right.
the eye’s are a bit large all most like manga style the real human eye is much squinty looking.
The sharp crease around the lips I’m not fond of it but I can’t say it wrong yet because I feel your going to add detail to the lips that should smooth down the look of the crease but at this moment it just a start contrast from sharp edge to smooth lip.
Work on these things or not and lets see were you take this from here.
Good luck.
First, a huge thank you for taking the time to point out my errors. They’re very much appreciated.
In regards to things like proportions and eye size, i am going for a cartoony look, so that’s why they look off. I want her to be a long legged individual. Same thing goes for the crease around her eyes and eye brow ridge. I will definitely put some work in on everything else you’ve pointed out though.
Thanks again.
Almost done with the body. I need to work on the hands some more and I’m not 100% comfortable with the ears, but other than that, I’m just trying to move on with this one. C&C please
Here’s a mental ray SSS render. Black skin is hard to do for some reason.

I’m done modelling the body. I know she’s far from perfect, but it was fun creating someone stylized on purpose. I’m going to clothes her and give her hair eventually, but I think this is the last update I’m going to do until then. C&C please
and of course, a youtube vid.

I like the body style and the render. Looks cool
I think her eyes and cheeks could be scaled down a bit to match the rest of her, cause I got the strangest feeling someone was sneaking up on me (kiddn =D)
I can’t wait to see where toyu take this. Nice render as well.
oouff female anatomy is really rough, even if it is stylized. take some time too look it up and study the flow of muscles, and how prominent or not they are in the female form. Good effort though.
Gedn: thanks. I have been getting compliants from friends about the eyes I like them that way personally, but it’s definitely something I have to keep in mind the next time I do this.
InkySpot: thank you. Me too. I’m actually happy I made it this far. I usually give up.
3dMob: for some stupid reason, i just don’t interpret references very well. I have plenty of them and my collection is always growing, i just can’t execute it the way i’d like. But I really appreciate the comment. I’ve had a tab in my browser open on your thread for the past 2 days. You make good stuff
i keep running into a weird problem. at first, i didn’t mind it, but now it’s bugging me. Zbrush keeps flipping my UVs and consequently my texture maps when i use the Multi Map exporter. Even when I try to export the slow way, uvs are flipped. anyone know how to fix this?
Made this based off of a sketch my friend did. She was making her own zombie for the game Plants vs. Zombies. Her sketch isn’t as muscular as mine, but aside from that, I tried to get as close to it as I could. I had fun.

edit to add I don’t think it’s cool that people can lower the rating of my thread without giving any constructive criticism. If you see something you don’t like, please just tell me.

Some tests with 3ds max and Mental Ray. A lot of editing was done in photoshop.

Pretty cool tests specially the red one
It’s been a while. I’ve moved away from art, but I still mess around from time to time. Here’s a recent attempt at a WIP self portrait. (yes, I have an underbite.)
also, i’ve been getting this problem a lot lately. I sent it to the troubleshooting forum but I don’t hink it’d hurt if I post it here too:
I’m using the most recent version of Zbrush. I used it earlier and it asked me for my activation code. I thought it was a fluke, so I entered it and did some work. Now, every time I open Zbrush, it asks me for this. I need help resolving this issue please.
you improved alot since the last time you posted. The face looks alot better than the last one you post! Keep this up and congrats on the improvment!
Thanks! Very happy to hear that. Your work is awesome. I think I have the one demon with the spikes coming out of it’s arms saved to my inspiration folder.
Using Zbrush to design a logo for my brand. Feedback is appreciated.
