Topology thickness makes mesh not symmetrical

Hello everyone, I’m pretty new to Zbrush, so please don’t be to hard on me. I have a problem with Zbrush lately and I don’t know how to fix it. When I create a zpshere to retopolozie a part of a mesh and then add thickness in the topology menu, it seems it moves my object and I just don’t know how to fix this. I tried to find something online, but I dont even know what I have to look for.

Here is a screenshot so you can see what’s happening. Is that related to the symmetry options or somthing like that?

Here is what it looks like before I apply thickness

This is the preview with thickness

Do you NEED to do it that way? There are several methods. ZRemesher works quite well.

|Once you are done with the creation of the new topology, decide which side you like best and use Mirror and Weld in the Geometry palette under Modify Topology to make it symmetrical.
|
If the wrong side gets mirrored undo and in the Deformation Pallet hit Mirror, then go back and use Mirror and Weld.
Basicly the side that is getting mirrored is on the left side of your ZBrush Window.|
