Ok, like I said,… I hope I don’t upset anyone for blowing away a lot of stuff. I started with smart-resymmetry to straighten it out,… ended up smoothing over lots, and kept going until… well,…hope I didn’t go too far.

By the way, if it can help your modeling: this file has 5 levels of subdivisions (shif-d and d to switch from one to the other)
It also has polygroups for the different parts of the face.

Nice, but just one comment, you need to set a good lighting with the background. The lighting you gave to the model doesn’t match with the background.
The rest I think that you did a pretty good job there, good concept.
