I saw Minority report yesterday and I made this picture with C4D (I bought it since Mentat7 said its a great program to use with Zbrush). And it doesnt seem that hard to get the hang of it.
very kewl pic…so explain to me if you dont mind the top pic? I am unfamiliar with how you did this image…are those 3d images or is this all 2dish? thnx…but I really like your final product here 
i made a 3d picture first , than rendered it in 3D with normal settings. (second image)
the first image is made by enabling the Cell Shading feature while rendering which gives a sketch-like result.
