Decided to make him when I watched the movie Planet Hulk.
Base was created in Zbrush with Zspheres later with Zremeshing, then created the lowpoly in zbrush itself, baked the Highpoly in 3ds Max and textured in Photoshop and then rendered in Marmoset.
