This is looking beautiful. Love the make up and the skin.
Two minor crits -
- the eyes, lovely as they are, have a bit of that default model stare. Perhaps you can have her either look at camera or look elsewhere. So long as she has a focus.
- The ears feel a bit unfinished. I may just be due to DOF. I only mention it because it caught my eye.
