have you mannaged to fix this problem cause this is really getting on my nervs and i can’t finish any of my projects… -_-
I used to get this error when I exported to Blender 3D and then import again.
it was the fact that I did not store the morph target in blender on import so all the indexing was out.
Not sure if it’s the same issue as you.

Did u try to use the repair feature in ZBrush 3 and 3.1 installs ?
Solved many bugs and speed issues for me. Seem like the installation has been corrupted.
