Aazv17 -> Those details are easier to paint if you do it as you sculpt them. I filled the objects with white color before starting the stitches, and before using a stitch brush to sculpt them, I changed the color to black and activated RGB, so once I was done, I had the stitches modeled and painted at the same time.

I’ve done a few poses to test the rig I did. I’ve seen I still have to correct some parts, but still with that, I think it’s working well enough to pose her.

][-][4Z4R][)) -> Here’s a screengrab of the mesh with those blend shapes in action. Those images show a combination of them working at the same time, but so far I’ve created 3 for each eyebrow (sad, angry and surprised), 2 for each eye (open and close) and 10 or 12 for the mouth, but I will probably add more there as I need them. I can also control the eyeballs so the iris and pupil can be made bigger or smaller. I did all those blend shapes in zbrush, where it was very easy to work symetrically and then with the morph brush remove the changes on each side to have a morph for each side.
