I decided to join the War, and here is my high poly base.
I still need to translate the background story from Portuguese… Anyway, here she is. It’s going to be a very simple entry, no time, nor skills, to do one of these amazing huge monsters we’ve been seeing since the war started.

Anyway, here she is.

Here is the background story: Natania - Demon Princess. She was raised by her loving father, Satan. Her mother perished during the Holy Wars when Natania was still a baby. Every night, in bedtime, her father would tell her stories of that period, of how God betrayed his people, of how they were proscribe from Heaven and locked in Hell by the power of the divine troops, under the command of the sanguinary General-Archangel Gabriel, the Butcher. Her father told her in details all the atrocities imposed by Gabriel and his Sword, and how he at last subjugated all and confined the survivors on the far limits of the underworld. When Dominance War broke the stability between the worlds, Natania saw this moment as the opportunity to revenge her people and give some pride to her father. She went to the old heaven, found Gabriel, just a shadow of his glorious past, an old man, arrogant, perverted, blinded by his self-confidence,Natania approached as a really experienced Succubus. She made the old angel get involved by her charm and finally, during that impure act, she insert pure darkness through all his cavities, taking all the light left out of his body, and killed him. She knew killing her mother's, and her people's, executioner would already be a huge gift for her father. But seeing the Divine Sword, unwatched, she saw the chance to not only kill he who she always hated, but also to slaughter all life form the she found on her way... Just for fun. However, she, a pure demon, could never touch a magic artefact. Not to mention this one, created by the Only God himself. Knowing that she would never be able to touch the weapon, only one possibility was left. She took of Gabriel - The Butcher's arm's skin, and she dressed it as a glove (doing this gave her an unexpected particular pleasure). She even drank his blood and ate his flesh, not only because she was hungry, but to also make sure that the weapon would accept her, believing that it was once again being held by its own true master. Now, with the Sword under her power, she enjoys endless possibilities... And the initial concept. It's not final, I like to leave space for new ideas during the modeling/texturing stages. [[attach=135684]concept-assinado.jpg[/attach]] I had this idea inspired by a very powerful painting I saw during a trip through Europe some years ago. This one by Luca Giordano. [[attach=135688]LucaGiordanoSanMichele.jpg[/attach]] I got so hypnotized by his power that I have stared this picture for a loooong time. This is also the reason for this sword of my concept to be so simple. Not one of these humongous swords we see on most of the game characters you see nowadays. I like how with this simple gladium he defeats this army of demons. How the size of the weapon is not a definition of its power. Here is another image of Gabriel, in a more medieval stile, holding aother interesting type of blade. Nice progress on the female demon as well, I think her wrist looks a bit too wide though.

Another paintover. Gonna use this last one. I think the first one and the initial concept were too human. She never had contact with humans, there’s no reason she would be so influenced by our culture. And the second just didn’t feel right to me. Not demon enough I guess.

Love the shoes, on your model, but I think the hips can be a little bit thinner
