i am 3dsmax user, can anyone explain to me the hair breakdown section (GolDRoger hair) plz

@ zaidharoon @ appears that he created the hair out of curve tubes possibly in Zbrush, took those to Maya and converted to Nurbs then he extracted splines/curves from those and used Paint Effects in Maya to generate hair from the extracted splines/curves… Actually pretty clever way to do it I must say
