The expression is very well done, slighty opened mouth, the opened eyes and the raised brows gives him a frightened look. I think that was your goal and you really nailed it :+1:

thanks, what I’m trying to achieve in the expression is to get the feel of a tortured mind, so he may be frightened but I’m trying to get something more ambiguous and subtle.
this is gonna look better as soon as I work on his eyes and eyebrows.

Looking great Dezz… he’s got that fleshy look which is in my opinion very important when doing organic modeling!

Very nice! Have you made base mesh in zbrush?

no I used a VERY old basemesh of mine done in 3Dsmax or maya I don’t remember, I already posted on zbc (check my gallery).
I just made some quick proportions adjustments on it in maya then exported it to zbrush.
I started this face as a quick study so I didn’t pay much attention to developping an approriate basemesh, I regret it now that I decided to push it further since this mesh is not very good.
