every time you sculpt a new head from scratch you will get better, dont forget to look at as much art from other people as you can and keep at it

@ Xerotin , not yet mate , first i master the big forms, when i will be able to comfortably play with them , there is rest of the body waiting for me :):):) , its never ending story ,i am eperimenting with some details and fibremesh , but i am still very poor in using those features.

It is great seeing that you are practicing a lot of head studies man! Keep them going, they are getting better and better!
Would recommend you on sculpting with references to get the shapes and forms more crisp! You are on a good way!
