She looks very cute and natural.
The only thing I might suggest is probably to alter the shape of the breasts a bit according to position of the torso. Right now each boob appears flattened against the ribcage and shifted to the side as in standing position or as if she was laying on her back. In pose like this breasts tend to sag and come close to each other. With her breast size the sagging wouldn’t be so obvious but they definitely should be closer to each other. Other than that - very nice and touching sculpt 
PS The word “sag” isn’t probably the proper one. I would rather say “unhinge” so the whole mass of the breast rotates making nipples to face more forward rather than straight down.

really love the shapes. a little bit surprised by the way the breast bends…but it might comme from the model. really great skinny and fleshy.
