Awesome! I really like your sculpting style. And the fact that you Vray some of them out. You should give Fryrender a try, too. It takes some getting used to but it’s really awesome.
It works like Maxwell in the sense that you let it render for as long as you want. The longer the render the cleaner the output.

sarakawa: thank you. usually i would model the clothes but i just modeled the clothes on the base mesh so thats why it looks like that. i may redo it but as of now that model is on the backburner…

ok so i started this new model not too long ago. it is a tribute to one of my favourite games of all time.the hellknight from doom 3.(one of the scariest games ever!!) i started the base mesh in maya and sculpting in zbrush. i have not yet finished the basemesh but i wanted to do a test sculpt to see how well it would subdivide. the model is made entirely of quads and it took me a long time to get the base mesh right.
there is not too much refrence online which makes this a difficult project.
i am going to finish modeling and start the doing uv unwrap. then sculpt, pose and do the final render. I will also be submitting this guy to the turntable gallery once its finished, for now i just need to do some more stuff in maya and then off to zbrush!
