I like this creature, and your excellent modelling detail, posing and rendering.
I wondered about the apparent rigidity of the “trunk”. It seems like an elephant’s, yet it’s looking very stiff. I wondered why? Was this thing just happy to see someone or was it blowing a trumpeting sound?

Wow, really great lizard creature design. Awesome detailing, and really great flowing forms. Love it, but i’m not sold on it’s hands/arms. Feel like they could be rethought a bit more; they’re also inconsistent with the feet details, as there’s a clear definition of skin/muscle/claw. Otherwise, I think you work is awesome. Would be killer to see this guy game/animation ready.
