I’ve been having a lot of trouble lately connecting to irc.sorcery.net.
I tried getting into chat last Monday and I couldn’t connect and apparently I am still having trouble connecting. Anyone else having similar problems?
I also had problems for a while, but it appears as if things are back to normal now…a few of us were on a few evenings last week!
hey guys…sometimes we have noticed while on irc that there are attacks on their servers by hackers. We recieve messages concerning this periodically from the server administrators. Sometimes also it has to do with the port number you are using… I think I use 0667 often. Hope this helps. Was great seeing you in there last night WO and we missed you in there Joe.
true , I can’t always connect to sorcery either , but all other servers have more netsplits and it’s calm and quiet on sorcery so it’s a good place
