Last month my co. purchased six individual ZB licenses. Two have not been activated or registered by submitting the “Coupon Code.” Since we use both Mac and PC’s I would like to transfer one of these PC licenses to a Mac License and DL 3.12. Should I redeem my coupon code in order to get the Cleverbridge Reference number first, then submit the form or should i wait further instructions?

Although the intent was to use this on the PC, I do not want to be charged extra for transferring the license since it has not been used on the PC platform. Any instructions or suggestions???

I just got the downloadlink, installed ZBrish and tried to activate.
I now get this message:

The email address provided does not match with the serial key provided at the time of purchase.
Please try again.

My mail address hasn’t changed since the days I ordered 1.55 ages ago and I used the new temporary serial that just came with the mail.
What can I do now?

When did you actually got your registration confirmation mail?
I got mine on September 3th!
Just asking to try to calculate if I’m on the same queue as you are :slight_smile:
Is the version you downloaded also a version that can work in trial mode?

Hi Reld,
maybe a little different with me. I ordered the update around end of September and then got that broken cleverbridge registration/email with no downloadlink.
The fixed mail finally arrived here this morning, including link and new serial.
Download was fine, so I asume it’s the most recent version (3.12). Just the activation doesn’t seem to like me… :frowning:
I haven’t tried to work in demo mode yet (is there any?) because I was asked for the Web activation right after I starter ZBrush.

24 hours after getting the forst email and registering with errors, I get the email to download and activate ZB3 hurrah!! - try to ‘web activate’ and it says my email address is not the one I registered with…!!! er… yes it is???

I appreciate the OSX version 3 some 18 months after I was given the Windoze version, and I am thrilled to finally see it running albeit dimly in the BG on my desktop, but still at this point, it’s as good as vapourware, as I still cant get through the bloody ludicrous, and error-ridden download-registration-activation process!!

I mean come on guys!? - is it really so hard to have it all working on the day you said it would be available? - it’s like a form of torture… :evil:

On a lighter note… anybody remember how to use Zbrush at all??? :smiley:

Wouldnt it suck to be working at pixo customer support right now, getting all these (rightly) pissed off emails and abuse! Biting your tongue when another message comes in saying “FIX THE ****ING PROBLEM” or “MY ACTIVATION IS BONING UP!” or even “WHY HAVENT i RECEIVED ANYTHING WHEN NEW REGISTERED PEOPLE ARE OUT THERE ZBRUSHING AWAY!” it has got to suck… But shouldnt that all be taken care of?

I doubt they are following the original plan of issuing the downloads in the order of when you filled the form out.
I filled it out just minutes after it was posted and got my confirmation email on the 2nd of September, and I have had no emails regarding the download details.
Oh well !!! I will just have to wait.
I had terrible problems when I first got the upgrade to v2 I almost gave up using the program due to the antiquated way of getting it licensed and working on the Mac.
I wouldn’t mind betting it will soon be easier to get a pirate version fully working before all of us are up and running.
I am not advocating or endorsing software piracy but it is unfortunately out there.

I’m dying here waiting for the $%&ing link to download the app!
If there were a demo mode it would be cool, maybe the ones who already downloaded the app could pass it to those of us still waiting so we could start playing with Zb while waiting for the email.
I already got a serial number but I think it is only for the Win version.

as soon as you exit the activation process, ZBrush closes here.
So it seems no Demo mode…
