a work in progress gladiator…
I was told by my instructor to give him more gear and mess him up i.e. scratches and stuff. So, when I get time to revisit this model, I’ll try to change it up a bit and maybe focus on texturing him, but this is it for now…
Can’t really give any crit cuz images are too dark,
the concept is from carlo arellano… I’m still deciding whether to go cartoony or hyper real with this one.

Just needs some textures. I dont particularly see “cartoony” in it.
Good job

Wow, that´s some wicked character. Good work. Like the texturing allot.
nice of you, to share. its pretty awesome…
really good sculpting, however, I noticed there are some areas where you can see the polygons like in the joints.
I can’t say i know what causes this, or how to fix it, but that seems to be the only (barely noticable) fault that I can spot.
Keep it up there buddy, this creature is brilliant
have any sculpting vids up anywhere?
Wow, i really like that last piece, the creature is cool, but what i like the most is the texture you use, i wish to give some advice but i’m a noob, and im actually not good at all yet, but really good work
It seems that your normal maps needs more definition (we can see squares in various places on your model).
But overall it has a nice color and pose!
Nice man
very nice sculpts - you could prob separate all the hard surfaces into sub toolz …this would give you a good amount of polygons for the details
Great stuff! Excellent likeness on Ms. Portman. Slythe takes me back…
